Orthotics
Our feet do a lot of work for us, and because they’re often under stress and load, they can be prone to problems and inflammation. That can manifest itself as foot pain, but because everything is connected from the soles of our feet to the top of our head, problems with our feet or gait can lead to knee, hip, back and neck pain and even headaches. Orthotics can sometimes be an ideal solution.

What’s involved in getting a set of orthotics?
If you don’t need orthotics, we won’t recommend them. If you do, however, we offer a range of orthotic insoles to suit many different budgets.
Our off-the-shelf orthotics can be a great way to correct more general gait imbalances, but sometimes our clients may need more specialised custom orthotics.
One of the first things we do is to scan your feet and gait using our TOG GaitScan machine, a piece of equipment using thousands of sensors to analyse the biomechanics of the way you walk. Once we take a scan of your feet we’re able to craft a set of custom orthotics to address any issues or imbalances that the scan has shown-up.
Whatever the shape of your foot, we can make a custom orthotic to suit you.
